This gorgeous oceanside home in Corolla is just 500 yards from Currituck Beach and offers three levels of comfort and convenience, making it the ideal spot for a fun and rejuvenating vacation with friends and family. With six well-appointed bedrooms, there’s plenty of space and privacy for everybody!

The main living area is located on the top floor and features a cavernous deck with incredible neighborhood vistas, a bright and welcoming interior, and plenty of personality. You can relax on the living room couch and appreciate a movie on the huge TV with Blu-ray. The family chef will savor the well-equipped full kitchen, complete with all the modest and major appliances needed for your stay. Kids can grab their afternoon snacks at the five breakfast bar stools, while dinner guests can dine in style at the long table with seating for 10. An al fresco meal on the furnished deck is a enchanting option, and after dinner, the dishwasher will take care of the cleanup while you relax on the deck with friends and a nice glass of wine. The third-level bedroom has deck access and is conveniently located across the hall from a shared bath.

On the second level, you'll find four bedrooms—one with an en suite bath—along with access to a deck furnished with Adirondack chairs and the home’s private hot tub. This is a marvelous spot to relax after a long day at the beach. The first level includes the sixth bedroom, the laundry facility, a shared bath, and a roomy recreation area featuring a foosball table, a wet bar with a microwave and refrigerator, a TV, and access to the patio. The private pool adds the finishing touch to your ideal summer vacation, where everybody will enjoy calming by the pool in comfortable chairs. You can take the family dogs to the beach for a fun-filled day, then rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower.

If you need to work during your stay, a work desk is available on the first level, and the home’s complimentary WiFi makes it simple for remote workers and students to complete their online tasks promptly. After you’ve finished, reward yourself with a visit to the shared exercise center or challenge someone to a match on the community tennis or basketball courts. With central air conditioning and ceiling fans, you’ll stay cool during those hot summer afternoons.

The Village of Ocean Hills exercise center is available to guests for a fee.
For January and February bookings, please contact Vacasa to confirm the hot tub’s availability.
The gas fireplace is available from November to March.
This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
The private pool is open from May 1st through October 15th. Pool heat is available upon request for $60 per day, but please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. Note that pool heat is not available during July and August (max temperature of 84 degrees).


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 6 cars.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
