Dogs are welcome at Joshua's Place, so you can bring your furry family members too! The top level features a roomy, open-concept layout with amazing flow between the living, dining and kitchen areas. Vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows create a bright and airy space with ample natural light. The Ships Watch with constructed-in bench seating overlooks the great room below and even offers a horizon view of the ocean. When you're not trying out one of Corolla's fantastic eateries, you can prepare meals at home in the kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A double oven and two dishwashers will make cooking and cleaning up for huge groups a breeze. The top-level primary suite includes deck access and a cavernous private bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower. With over 3,500 square feet of comfortably furnished living space, Joshua's Place is ideal for extended families or multiple groups visiting together. Four more bedrooms are located on the mid-level, all of which have king beds, ensuite baths and deck access. Joshua's Place is located in the Section O neighborhood of Ocean Sands, also known as Ocean Lake, where guests can take advantage of the community pool and tennis courts at the south end of Ocean Lake Trail. Choose between two close by beach accesses, both of which are just a three-min. walk away. Animals allowed - dogs only. No smoking/vaping.
