*Top Unit Only* I live in the bottom units. Upstairs, greets you with a huge front porch with outdoor seating, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with a pull-out couch. Including a kitchen with bar area, dining room with a enormous table, and sizable back deck with plenty of seating. Rooms are cavernous and inviting, offering a classic beachy feel with modern amenities. The kitchen has a stove top with an oven, dishwasher, air fryer, drip coffee maker and Keurig. TVs have Roku and are logged into a Netflix account. The home is one block from the beach with a canal view, and beach access on both sides of the block. A grille and supplies are supplied for your grilling enjoyment. Outdoor shower, Linens and bath and beach towels are supplied. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. There's only enough parking for 3 cars for you, I park on the right side, so please keep that long stretch clear.
