Enormous living room, fireplace , intelligent tv with YouTube TV, breakfast area, full galley kitchen,laundry room with washer and dryer , front porch with rocking chairs and privacy fenced backyard with stamped concrete patio, gas grille and an outdoor table accommodating 6 . No steps necessary to enter the place. Parking for 2 cars (tandem).

Neighborhood : Stono Park is an older and convenient but peaceful neighborhood comprised of single family homes,duplexes, and townhomes . The neighborhood is located within 5 miles of historic downtown Charleston and 11 miles from the airport.There is a nice and kid friendly park 3 homes away . The West Ashley greenway, which is a 11 mile running,cycling, and walking trail, is located 1 block behind the property.

There are eateries and taverns located within walking distance .
