The beach is just a short walk away across the road. Your family will appreciate calming by the private pool and cooking up some burgers on the two charcoal grilles. The hot tub is located on the lower level deck along with outdoor shower. Inside the home, there are two bedrooms on the lower level (king, 2 bunk beds) that share a hallway bath and the game room provides hours of entertainment with pool table. A full size refrigerator offers a place to store pool and beach drinks and snacks. The mid-level of the home has three king bedrooms, two are masters with private baths, and one has a semi-private bath. The laundry is also located on this level. The cavernous great room on the top level impresses with high vaulted ceilings and enchanting blue water vistas through the windows. Gather for a movie on the comfortable couch in front of the enormous flat screen TV with BluRay player. The kitchen is well-appointed with plenty of counter space for meal prep and the adjacent dining area has a table that seats 10.
