Bring the group together and experience beach living in this Kill Devil Hills home just steps to the sound! 5 cavernous bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a private fenced backyard and a fast drive to the beach. Optional Country Club access is available to guests for $175, offering a beachside pool, kids’s day camps, tennis, and water aerobics.



The Space:

Your Sojourn home is equipped with wood floors and carpet throughout. On the first floor, there is 1 bedroom on with a full an ensuite bathroom. Outside, there is a shower.



On the 2nd Floor there is a 1/2 bathroom, a laundry room, a den, and kitchen.



On the 3rd Floor there are 4 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is attached to the primary suite and one bathroom is in the hallway. The 4th Bedroom has 2 twin beds. *Note* There is no closet in the 4th bedroom with the twin sized beds.



There is a propane grille available for your use.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we savor your understanding.



Infant Gear (Optional Add-On)

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.



Parking Information

Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and anxiety-complimentary. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your car or its contents. Pet Policy

Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per nighttime for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any family pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do adore furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
