The swimming pool at this home is open year-round. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $350 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.

Note: This property has unobstructed ocean vistas with a low-volume, one-way, non-paved road between the property and the ocean. Access to the beach is via a beach access crossover located roughly 120 feet from the property.
