The full kitchen comes completely supplied making family dinners a breeze. There’s plenty of seating space with an 8 person dining table and an additional 4 seats at the bar. A high chair is stored in the master bedroom closet. The deck access off the dining room takes you to a covered, outdoor dining table for 6 with additional captain chairs to appreciate water vistas and striking sunsets. Grille masters can take advantage of the new gas grille supplied. A half bath for convenience is located on this level.

The bottom level includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry area, and plenty of storage. The King Master features a private full bath, double closet, a 50 inch Intelligent TV, and private balcony with seating for two.
