The en-suite bathroom offers spa-like amenities, including a double sink vanity, a huge tiled walk-in shower, and a soaking tub, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach.

The guest bedroom, located near the kitchen, includes two double beds, an HDTV, a enormous walk-in closet, and direct access to the shared balcony with sweeping ocean and pool vistas. The guest bedroom also features a private en-suite bathroom with a cavernous tiled walk-in shower.

**Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a large-scale construction project from roughly 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on and unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise.
