The huge dining room features an broad table that accommodates up to 10 guests and offers great vistas of the ocean. The third floor also features three access points to a enormous wrap-around ocean-facing deck (replaced in 2020) with plenty of comfortable Composite Adirondack seating, a matching fire pit, and a sizable outdoor dining table.
