This sun-filled, semi-oceanfront home offers so many entertaining and calming options, whether you choose to spend time in the brand-new upper-level (all-window) Great Room with a private deck, expansive vistas and a bespoke-sized bar and a 75-inch 4K TV, or in the bright and sunny loft with giant picture windows for pretty sunrise and sunset vistas.

The upper level also includes an inviting open-concept living and gathering room with sweeping ceilings and plenty of comfortable seating. When you're not on the beach or the ocean-view deck, you can spend time in the living room and savor state-of-the-art entertainment with a 65" 4K Television and Bluetooth sound system. You'll have everything you need to prepare huge family meals in the remodeled, well-outfitted kitchen featuring bar seating, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a wine refrigerator (a second full-size refrigerator/freezer is located on the ground level). The huge dining room features an broad table that accommodates up to 10 guests and offers great vistas of the ocean. The upper level also features three access points to a sizable wrap-around ocean-facing deck (replaced in 2020) with plenty of comfortable Composite Adirondack seating and a sizable outdoor dining table.

The sun-soaked Loft offers work and workout from "home" options with an exercise bicycle, a desk, and amazing vistas of the ocean. Rounding out the upper level, you'll find the fourth of four huge King bedrooms with an en-suite bath with a double sink vanity and hottub tub. This private king bedroom delivers handsome, unencumbered ocean vistas.

Additional amenities include beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, beach games, fishing poles, and 4 adult bicycles (and helmets) in storage rooms located adjacent to the carport. Ample parking is available, including a covered carport under the home with an EV charging station. Please note, there is a Ring doorbell which is only viewed on turnover day to confirm the timing and duration of the cleaning company.
