The Space:

Welcome to Sanderling Song, an inviting coastal getaway offering a comfortable layout, thoughtful amenities, and painless access to the beach and Currituck Sound. With 4 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms, this home is the ideal place to settle in and appreciate a calming Outer Banks hideaway.



The top level is where everybody comes together. The well-supplied kitchen has everything you need to prepare for the whole group, with a dining room alongside for shared meals and a living room for movie nights and slow mornings. A half bath on this level means no one has to head downstairs.



On the mid-level you'll find all four bedrooms. Two queen suites each have a Intelligent TV, deck access and a private full bath, and one of them also opens to a separate room with a soaking tub, ideal after a day in the sun. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth sleeps up to five with a twin-over-full bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk, a favorite with kids. A full hall bath serves these rooms.



Step outside to enjoy the fresh coastal air on the cavernous sun deck or relax on the screened-in porch. Fire up the charcoal grille for a fun outdoor meal, and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day in the waves to keep the home comfortably sand complimentary. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The Neighborhood:

Sanderling sits at the peaceful northern end of Duck, between the Atlantic and the Currituck Sound. Days here are about wide, uncrowded beaches, sunsets over the sound and nature trails through the maritime forest. A few mins. south, the town of Duck has its soundfront boardwalk, stores, galleries and some of the best eateries on the Outer Banks.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.



Pet owners, please note: It is unlawful to have a dog that habitually or repeatedly barks. Violators of any of these Town ordinances may be fined up to $500.



The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
