Incredible location! Oceanfront with private beach access! 4 blocks to the Carolina beach boardwalk, eateries & stores. Currently sleeps 5 with another queen bed being added mid July, sleeping 6. “Seas the Day” is ideal for couples or modest families. Cleaning fee includes linens, towels, & coffee bar. Pet-Friendly with pet fee. Responsive hosts making sure your stay is convenient and fun!

2 bedroom, 2 full bath cavernous condo. Totally supplied kitchen for fast snacks or making family meals. Incredible oceans vistas from the deck just outside the living room. Appreciate the early morning breeze appreciating the locally roasted, specialty coffee beans. This freshly decorated condo is the most economical way to appreciate Carolina beach & walkable to all the local attractions!

All toiletries; paper products and home supplies included (long stays will need additional toilet paper and paper towels). Washer and dryer in the condo for guest use.

Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom

Currently a queen with a king size bed coming mid July. Sun darkening shades, intelligent tv, luxury / breathable linens with additional blankets and pillows. En-suite bathroom with walk in shower and towels supplied.

2nd bedroom:

Currently has a queen and twin bed, sleeping three. New queen over queen bunk bed coming mid July. Room darkening curtains, intelligent TV, comfortable beds, linens and tons of pillows.

*sleeper couch coming mid July as well! Then we will be able to sleep up to 8!

Living room:

Intelligent tv & seating included for game nights and delightful family time with fantastic ocean vistas!

Dining area and kitchen:

Dining table and bar seats 8. Entirely supplied kitchen and all kitchen appliances and food storage supplied.

We are pet friendly, so your fur babies are welcome. Pet must be on reservation with pet fee paid prior to checkin. If you decide to bring your pup after reservation is made, simply message us and we can send the pet fee request.

We know how important customer services are so we have found an marvelous local team with personal property manager, handymen, and cleaners to ensure guests needs are promptly handled. We also have three eyes on the listing messages so we will respond quickly to answer any questions or concerns.

Keypad code will be supplied 24-48 hours prior to checkin along with a digital welcome binder with details for your stay. Feel complimentary to message with additional questions if needed.

For quickest response time please message us through the app. Telephone calls and texts may have a delayed response. We have three people watching the listing so we can respond to any questions or concerns promptly.
1. If home smells like smoke a charge of $300 will be applied for smoke remediation.

2. Animals must be on reservation and pet fee paid prior to checkin. Unreserved family pets will be charged $200 per pet if brought. If you want to add a pet after you book please message us and we can request the pet fee.

Please pick up after your pet in the yard.

3. No parking anywhere but the unit carport / driveway HOA could be fined or towed ????. Paid parking is close by. Message us for details.

4. Please follow checkout rules or additional costs may be charged to pay cleaners for additional work. We try to respect their time.

5. Please checkout on time. For unauthorized late checkouts a fee of $50 per half hour will be charged to pay cleaners time for waiting. We sometimes can approve early or late check-in depending on availability. Approved check-ins prior to 3pm and checkouts after 11 am may be available for a fee in. Message us for more info.

6. Extra guests that are not on the reservation should not be in the home without prior approval or a fee of $40 per guest, per day could be charged.

7. No events without approval. Party cleanup costs of $300-$500 could be charged.
