New smooth top stove and W/D. Flat Screen cable TVs in bedrooms and Living Rm. Unit offers elevator access and complimentary high speed wireless internet! Washer/Dryer. Rental includes all linen. (The brown table set has been replaced with high colorful Adirondack chairs and a white table set).
