There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. No additional parking, any additional cars must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.

No smoking, No family pets
Check IN is after 4PM
Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.
This unit is Self-Check in you will receive check in instructions VIA EMAIL 24 hours prior to your arrival.
