Just steps from the community pool, this inviting island home is designed for calming family getaways and comfortable coastal living.
The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals simple, while the cozy living room with fireplace creates the ideal spot to relax after a day of exploring the island. Thoughtful touches and cheerful coastal décor give the home a warm, welcoming feel.
With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Two main-level king guestrooms each feature ensuite baths, while the upstairs bunk room offers four twin beds and its own ensuite bath — an ideal setup for kids or bigger families.
Beyond the home, guests can experience all that Fripp Island has to offer in the 4 seat golf cart included with the rental, from miles of spectacular shoreline and generous wildlife to golf, cycling, kayaking, and relaxing days by the water. Nearby Hunting Island State Park offers nature trails, a historic lighthouse, and some of the area’s most striking undeveloped beaches, while striking downtown Beaufort invites visitors to discover its waterfront parks, historic homes, local stores, and celebrated Lowcountry dining.

FAMILY PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. 
Club cards are required to appreciate any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
