Open concept living space with high ceilings. A enormous kitchen, dining table for 6, and living room create the ideal place for gathering. A half bathroom and stacked washer/dryer complete the 1st floor. A porch with a pair of rocking chairs overlooks Felix & Cannon St.



???? 2nd Floor :

1 King bedroom & 1 Queen bedroom share a jack and jill bathroom, plus a balcony with a pair of rocking chairs.



???? 3rd Floor :

Primary Suite - King bedroom and private ensuite bathroom complete with a double sink vanity, shower, and separate bath tub. Opens to the private rooftop deck with rocking chairs and wicker seating.



Guest Access:

• Guests have access to entire home including the private rooftop deck.



• The home has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be supplied that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking for 1 car is supplied in our private driveway.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable areas in Charleston. It is just three blocks from Upper King Street, where some of the world's most famed eateries are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions.



Getting Around:

• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & painless rides to attractions



• DASH Trolley (COMPLIMENTARY) – Stops close by & takes you around downtown



Other Things to Note:

• No events or events.



• Animals allowed with $250 fee per pet.



• Infant gear units are available upon request for an additional fee.



• Stairs required – Bedrooms are located on the 2nd / 3rd floors.



• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not kid-proofed. Families with infants and kids are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.



• For security purposes only there is an exterior camera monitoring the driveway and front door entrance.



• There is an excessive noise monitor present on the property. It does not record audio - only decibel levels.
