This unique condo was once an art gallery. Once you walk in you can feel and see the beauty of its artistic history. You are so close to everything downtown in this location. Take an evening walk down the famed RiverWalk, or a carriage ride thru historic downtown. The condo is completely refreshed and has one Bedroom and 1 bath. Also there is a Japanese floor bed with linens, for an additional guest. This handsome condo will not disappoint, make your reservation now!

The main living area of the condo is open concept with the kitchen, living and dining spaces combined in a room with huge windows overlooking the River Walk. The kitchen is supplied with the essentials you'd need during your stay, and you can savor your meal at the modest dining table or on the gorgeous patio. The cavernous bedroom is located at the back of the unit and features a king size bed with plush linens. The full bathroom has a walk in shower as well as a soaking tub!

The best feature of the condo is the sizable patio directly off the River Walk with spectacular vistas of the Cape Fear River. There is enough space to appreciate a meal al fresco, and it's the ideal spot to end your day with a drink in hand as you watch people stroll by.

Guests will have access to the entire condo as well as the private patio. We do have a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise you are welcome to use everything you find at the condo.

We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking garage a few blocks away.

Good to Know Before Your Stay:

Verification & Rental Agreement
To help ensure a safe and secure experience for everybody, we use SafeGuest for identity verification and rental agreement review. After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a link with simple instructions to complete this process prior to arrival. A security deposit will be required through SafeGuest.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. These times allow our cleaning team the opportunity to thoroughly prepare the home for each guest.
During our busy summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we are generally unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs from Friday through Sunday due to tight turnover schedules. During the week, we are happy to check availability within 24 hours of arrival or departure. When accommodations are possible, a fee of $25 per hour applies for early arrivals or late departures.

A Note About Coastal Wildlife
One of the joys of the coast is being surrounded by nature. Our area is home to a variety of local insects, including spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs, particularly during warmer months. The home receives regularly scheduled professional pest control treatments, but occasional sightings can still occur despite our best efforts. If you encounter any concerns during your stay, please let us know and we'll gladly arrange additional treatment if needed. Seeing native insects will not be grounds for a cancellation or refund.

Television & Streaming
While this property does not offer cable service, intelligent TVs or Rokus are available for you to access your favorite streaming platforms using your personal accounts. Please remember to log out before departure, or remotely through your streaming service if needed.

Cleanliness
Our housekeeping team takes great pride in preparing the home for every guest, however everybody is human. If anything doesn't meet your expectations upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly and help ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Respect for Our Neighborhood
This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am each day. Parties and events are not allowed in accordance with platform policies. Excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings may result in the reservation being terminated without refund.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unexpected events. Reservations and cancellations are handled according to the cancellation policy selected at booking, and we are unable to modify reservation dates within 30 days of arrival.

Location Information
One of the best parts of this location is its convenient access to close by eateries, stores, and attractions. As a result, you may occasionally hear sounds associated with downtown living, including pedestrians, car traffic, or aircraft overhead. Most guests find the area pleasantly active without being overly noisy.
