This remodeled condo is located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! It is a highly desired area that continues to bring repeat visitors every year. The complex is located on the River Oaks and is just a few mins. away from numerous amazing golf courses that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Both, golf and beach lovers, will appreciate spending their vacation in this refreshed condo. Just a few miles away from our impressive beaches, this unit will not disappoint.



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy areas!



Parking: Simple access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.



Entry: 2nd floor unit. *Stairs required* Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Recently updated floors/countertops/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Family room: Access to balcony via sliding glass doors. Sleeper couch.



Bedroom 1: King bed!



Bathroom 1: Full bathroom.



Balcony: Peaceful spot!



Pool/Hot Tub: There is a community pool in the complex.



The outdoor pools open at 9:00am and close at 9:00pm from April 15th through October 15th. Currently it is closed, but will reopen mid-week of April.

The indoor pool is open at 9:00 am and closes at 9:00pm from October 15th through April 15th. The hot tubs open at 9:00am and close at 9:00pm from April 15th through October 15th



Golf clubhouse: River Oaks Golf Clubhouse & World Tour are both close by - start your day on the courses (golf costs apply).



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool (HOA schedule).

This unit is in the ideal area of Myrtle Beach.

Getting Around:

Painless access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking spots for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, tennis courts, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



The parking passes in the unit are required. If a guests loses/misplaces a parking pass, the guest is responsible for a $100/each replacement fee.



There is a key fob in the unit that is required to access the amenities. If a guests loses/misplaces the key fob, the guest is responsible for a $300 replacement fee.



Routine Pest Control happens monthly. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not included, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

NO family pets.



By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.
