• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel complimentary to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
• As a guest, you'll find public beach access ideal for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.

***Please note that Myrtle Beach Resort and Renaissance Tower charge a separate parking fee that is not supplied in your reservation.
The current parking fee is $10 per day, per car, and is paid directly to the resort upon arrival at the guard gate/check-in shack.
Please be aware that this is a resort policy and parking costs are subject to change. The resort previously charged a flat $20 per stay, but has refreshed the policy to a daily parking fee.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is returnable minus cancellation costs
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation costs still apply
