A completely equipped kitchen complete with microwave, coffee maker, new convection range and dishwasher are there for your convenience. A hot/cold enclosed outside shower makes for a nice transition from the beach to the home. A nice utility room is located on the ground level and is complete with full sized washer and dryer a 1/2 bath and wash sink. Watch the ocean roll onto the sand with ocean vistas from the broad sun deck all equipped with sun loungers and Adirondack chairs. Gas grille and picnic table are supplied for your use.
