Beach access is conveniently located down the street between 567 & 569 Ocean Blvd West.

Water lovers will feel right at home—bring your boat, kayak, or fishing gear and appreciate simple access to the canal from the 26-foot floating dock, suitable for both huge and modest vessels. The cavernous backyard along the waterway is ideal for calming and entertaining, featuring a BBQ grille, picnic table, Polywood outdoor furnishings, and an upsized deck overlooking the canal. Two covered porches provide plenty of seating for gathering with family and friends, and a hot and cold outdoor shower with dressing area is located at ground level for convenience.

Inside, the home features an open floor plan with high ceilings and three sizable sliding glass doors that showcase the serene canal vistas. The refreshed kitchen overlooks the water and is entirely outfitted for meal preparation, with an adjacent covered porch ideal for outdoor dining. Additional interior features include wood floor, tasteful décor, stainless steel appliances, central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and four Intelligent TVs—one in each bedroom and one in the living area—along with WiFi and Netflix.
