It’s completely equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which comfortably seats six, plus additional bar seating for three. Beyond the dining space is the charmingly decorated living room, designed with beach vibes in mind. It features brand new furnishings, a SmartTV, and a sliding door leading to your private deck with pool vistas.

Just off the living area is the primary bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed and SmartTV. This bedroom also has its own sliding door to the private deck and an en-suite bathroom that has been entirely modernized, featuring a granite double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.

On the opposite side of the villa, you’ll find the guest bedroom, which includes two queen-sized beds. This room also features a sliding door to the deck and an en-suite bathroom, updated to include a tiled tub and shower combination.
