This little gem (Sunskipper B3) is on the first floor (12 steps up) and very close to the beach. Has partial ocean vistas from the private balcony. Sand fiddler public beach access is just across the street. public beach access. Pool is just behind the building (usually open April thru Oct) Freeman Park & Carolina Beach Pier are 2 blocks to north. The boardwalk is ~ 1 mile south. Queen bed in the bedroom and full futon in the living area. Both have great memory foam. 1.5 baths and minimalist configuration is ideal for couples, modest families, and girl's trips! Washer and dryer. Wifi w/ roku + cable. Linens, towels and paper products supplied. We have owned our little gem for many years and take very good care of it. We thoroughly clean and sanitize it ourselves after each visit. No family pets, events or smoking please. Come savor our freshly renourished beach!

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is near the beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Legion Stadium are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Yacht Club and Marina and Carolina Beach Arcade.
