Cavernous 3 bedroom (sleeps 6), 2 bathroom home on stilts with a brand new 7 person hot tub just added! TV's in all the rooms, as well as one above the hot tub. No parking passes to worry about as you can park up to 3 cars under the home! 4 person gas golf cart and many complimentary golf cart parking spots at the beach make it simple to bring your chairs and towels to the beach. Flip Flops and Ocean Annie's beach bars are prime hangout spots for locals and visitors alike!

Need a break from the beach? Hang out at the home and grille in the backyard while appreciating the fire pit in the evening. Need a quieter space? Savor the breeze on the covered balcony and read a few pages of your favorite book!

Once you arrive every thing you need is a short golf cart ride away: Beach, Golf, Eateries & Shopping. Or hop in the car and head out to Barefoot Landing or Broadway @ at the Beach for some souveniers.

In a great neighborhood with very little traffic (only 13 homes) This is a ideal hideaway to relax with friends or family and make memories.

Please - families and/or responsible adults only. This is our home that we are making available to share with you. Please treat it as if it is your own, and respect the neighbors. If you are looking to event and be loud - please do not rent from us. This is a gorgeous cavernous home, with room to stretch out - not be bothered with people banging on all sides of you/above/below you as you would find in many close by condos and hotels.

Quiet time is from 11pm to 7am.

Must have valid Drivers License and insurance to operate the golf cart. No driving on main highways (this includes Kings Hwy) or after dark. We will request photos of your licenses and insurance for anyone intending to operate the golf cart.
