Come stay! Our newly refreshed guest suite on James Island is just 5 min to Folly Beach and 15 min to Downtown. Lower level private unit on a tidal marsh where you can savor kayaking or paddle boarding right from the back yard! The handsomely sunlit space has an upsized bedroom, its own sitting area with a TV, a pull out couch and a fun kids nook where they can sleep and play. Our completely functioning kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Beach needs supplied, and family pets are welcome too!
The space
Although this space is listed as a one bedroom it can sleep 4 adults and 2 kids. It has a ton of natural light and is both peaceful and private. The bigger living room windows have one way privacy film. Netflix, Cable, WIFI, yada yada. Please refer to our home manual on this listing for other details.

Our space is Covid compliant, kept sparkly clean, and holds a lot of good energy!
Guest access
Private entry way, access to the open backyard on a tidal marsh for kayaking or paddle boarding (at your own risk), long palm tree lined driveway has plenty of parking.
Other things to note
We do have a $50 cleaning fee if you have a dog with you that is 50lbs or over.
