Guest Access:

• Guests have exclusive access to Suite A and the front porch. The entrance to the home is on Spring St.



• The home has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be supplied that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Onsite parking fits 1 standard car or 2 modest cars. If your upsized car doesn’t fit, we offer complimentary street parking passes.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King St, where the city's most famed eateries are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

• This home is not kid-proofed. Families with infants and kids are welcome, but please be aware of this.



• For security purposes only, there are 4 exterior cameras. One monitoring the entrance to each Suite, and one monitoring our spaces in the shared parking lot.



• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.
