Step inside and keep the fun going in the first level game room with pool table, wet bar with full size refrigerator and microwave, and 50” Intelligent TV. Nearby is a convenient half bath and a king master bedroom. Head up to the second level and savor an afternoon siesta in one of three comfortable bedrooms. There's a king master bedroom, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and a bedroom with 2 singles that access the full hall bath. Upstairs, you can share surf stories in the top-level great room with 60” Intelligent TV, Blu-Ray player, home theater system, and plenty of room for calming around. The neighboring kitchen welcomes family chefs, and the top-level king master bedroom is a welcome respite after a hard day of battling the waves. All bedrooms feature 32” Intelligent TVs, many with hook-ups for gaming consoles. The ship's watch includes an additional single bed with vistas of the sound. In the evenings, simply relax on the screened-in porch or in a rocking chair on one of the decks with ocean and sound vistas, while you plan your next opportunity to SURF IT UP.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
