Guest Access:

As a guest here you have access to the entire oceanfront condo with complimentary on-site parking. You’ll also be given a unique keycode to access the intelligent lock on the front door.



All amenities within the unit are yours to use and gain exclusive access to all of the resort's generous facilities including indoor heated pools, hot tubs, a lazy river/water ride and sunny lounge spaces. When at the beach, you may opt to rent umbrellas and beach chairs from the lifeguards on duty.



If you wish to do your laundry, especially for those on extended stays, there’s a washer and dryer in the unit.



Home essentials such as fresh bed linens, towels, washcloths, trash bags, hand soap and toilet paper are supplied. During your stay, if you require fresh towels and/or cleaning services, this can be arranged for an additional fee.



As the unit is located in a central location, you’re just an Uber ride away from Ripley’s Aquarium of Myrtle Beach, local grocery stores, beach stores, waterfront eateries and a vibrant nightlife at Myrtle beach.



The Neighborhood:

Conveniently located and within steps of the NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and just one block away from Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium and IMAX Theatre. Many of the areas trendy attractions, eateries, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome e-mail that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.



... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
