Guest Access:
• Guests have exclusive access to Suite B and the balcony. The entrance to the home is on Spring St.

• The home has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be included that will work for the duration of your stay.

• Parking: Free city-issued street parking passes available for 1 car upon request.


The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from Upper King Street, where the city's most famed eateries are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not kid-proofed. Families with infants or kids are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.
