This stilted beach home features view of the ocean from its second-floor canopied deck. The open floor plan includes living room, refreshed kitchen with dishwasher, full-sized washer and dryer, wood floors throughout, and enough linens to accommodate 8 guests comfortably. There are 3 roomy bedrooms inside the home, including one with an ocean view itself, from the bed, and another with a water park view.

Conveniences include: Intelligent TVs in main sitting area (cable and streaming) and in every bedroom (streaming), boosted Wi-Fi, table-top charging stations, family games (checkers, board games, card games, etc.), refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, Coffer Makers Keurig, 12-cup ad sizable pot toaster, blender, dining table (with optional leaf to add space), cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities, a gas grille located on the ground level, fire extinguishers and Co2 detector for safety, outdoor shower for sand removal, swing bench and onsite parking for 2-3 cars under the home.

Our home is nonsmoking, non-vaping and drug complimentary. Animals and home events are not allowed. Guests signing the rental agreement must be 25 years of age to book and be present during the entire duration of the stay; no exceptions. No units for senior week or on behalf of guests under 25.

Please note: A golf cart is not included with this rental. Guests are welcome to bring their own or rent one directly through Ocean Lakes Golf Car Units.

Like all Richeson Properties Rental Houses, we do not tolerate illegal drugs of any kind. If you're looking for a place to event, look elsewhere. Our golfcart rules are that no one under the age of 21 yrs of age is allowed to drive our golf carts period so do not ask!! Ocean Lakes has implemented a new rule that no one, even of legal age, is allowed to drink alcohol while driving or riding on the golf carts. If you or any of your guests are found to be violating this rule on our golfcart and are ticketed, we will immediately take our golfcart away from the property and you will not get it back. You will forfeit any monies paid, you will be responsible to pay your own ticket/violation as well as any violation imposed on the Homeowner. If anyone in your event, including the renter of record, is arrested, trespassed, or has any issues with local law enforcement while staying at our property, we reserve the right to ask your entire event to vacate immediately and you will forfeit any and all monies paid. No refund will be given and no refund will be due.
