Point Break comfortably accommodates 14 and offers exceptional bespoke architectural design and prime location on the point accepts for broad sound front vistas at most every turn. The ground entry level offers a bedroom with two Twin beds, another bedroom with two Twins and 1 Full bed, a sitting room, additional sun room and the wine cave. The main floor includes a luxury Master suite with a King bed with his and her bathrooms, hot tub, and private deck access. The main living room, dining room, kitchen, dinette and overlook room are also located on the main floor. A excellent dual staircase leads to the 2nd floor where the final 3 bedrooms are. One holds a King bed with attached private bathroom, another has a Queen bed, and the final one has two Twin beds. There is also a separate office and spiral staircase to the top level "ship's watch" with 270 degree vistas of Shallowbag Bay and beyond! 8 flat-screen TV's, High-speed WiFi, pool table and arcade area, and gas grille. There is also a huge backyard with firepit and sand entry into the sound, ideal for launching kayaks and calming. Parking for 6 cars max. and trailers must be stored off-site. No slip available with property at this time, one may be rented from rental office or marina.
