Twin B is clean & comfortable, dog-friendly home with a private hot tub, located in the heart of the Outer Banks! Just a short walk to public beach access and within walking distance to many great spots and points of interest, including pizza places, Chinese takeout, bagel and donut stores, grocery stores, Belk, a kids’ playground and splash pad, mini-golf, a movie theater, the multi-use Bay Drive path, public sound access, and a boat ramp. It’s also a short drive to the Wright Brothers Memorial.

The other half of the duplex is a pet-friendly vacation rental "Twin A", so there is potential for noise. The front and backyard are shared, so please be respectful. The unit does not have a dishwasher. All Dare County public beach accesses are complimentary of charge. Stay alert for rip current warnings, beach flags, and other weather-related alerts. Be cautious when walking barefoot—there may be sand spurs in the yard. The landscaping team follows a weekly schedule—please excuse any noise. The Outer Banks is known for palmetto bugs, which resemble roaches but are harmless. also, midge bugs, which resemble mosquitoes, are very common and harmless. For things to do, places to visit, and restaurant recommendations, try ChatGPT!

✔︎✔︎✔︎HOME RULES:
Please follow the town's peaceful hours: 10 PM to 6 AM. Registered guests only—no additional visitors or overnight guests. Park in the designated area (RIGHT side of the driveway). No events, drugs, drama, smoking, vaping, or weed in any form. Sensitive septic—please do not flush “flushable” items. Rinse sand off your feet before coming inside. No open flames, including candles, inside the home. Clean the grille after each use. Report any damages immediately. Check-in and check-out instructions must be followed. Please roll the trash bins to the street on Monday and Thursday evening.

✔︎✔︎✔︎ PET RULES:
One well-behaved, no/low shedding dog is allowed (no cats). Be sure to add your pup to the booking—a non-returnable pet fee per stay applies. Bring your own pet supplies. Pick up after your dog and clean your dog’s paws before entering the home. Animals are not allowed on beds or furnishings, and home towels may not be used for pet needs. If you leave your dog alone, please keep them in a crate or cage. Family Pets are not allowed in the hot tub. Be aware that the yard is not fenced and is shared with the other pet-friendly unit, "Twin A". For everybody’s safety, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Prevent pet-related damage and report any accidents immediately, as additional cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.

✔︎✔︎✔︎ HOT TUB RULES:
The hot tub accommodates up to 4 people. Kids under 16 must be supervised at all times, and family pets are not allowed in the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or certain medications. Avoid use if you are sick, pregnant, or have health concerns. Rinse sand off your feet before coming inside. Do not use the hot tub if the temperature reads above 104°F, and limit soak time to 15–20 mins. for your safety. If you feel dizzy or overheated, turn off the jets and exit the tub immediately. No diving, jumping, or rough play is allowed. Do not add soap, bubbles, or bath products. Always close and secure the cover after each use. The hot tub is cleaned and chemically checked between stays.

✔︎✔︎✔︎ CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
Check-out is no later than 10 AM. If you brought a dog, please check the yard for any waste. Strip the beds and place all used linens and towels in a pile, including duvet covers. Gather all trash into the home trash can and wash any used dishes before leaving. If you used the grille, please clean it. Log out of any personal apps on the TV. Turn off all appliances (except ice maker) and lights, and make sure the door is locked. Finally, send us a message as soon as you depart.
