Multiple eateries and coffee stores are less than half a mile from Made It II, as well as family-friendly activities such as the playground at Hayman Park, and Heaven Fun Park, boasting mini-golf, bumper cars, an arcade, and more.

Offering plenty of beach parking, the lifeguarded (in-season) Hayman Street beach access is less than half a mile from Made It II. In the early evenings, walk or bicycle to the end of the street to the pedestrian-friendly soundside Bay Drive to catch one of the OBX's jaw-dropping sunsets.
