Jessica's Dune, an oceanside home in Duck, is the ideal location for your Outer Banks beach vacation. Everyone in the family will appreciate visiting in Jessica’s Dune, even your four-legged member! This pet-friendly home features beautiful expansive vistas of the Currituck Sound and is only 475 yards to the beach! After a long day at the beach, savor the beautiful sunsets from the private hot tub, deck or pool. Feel the warm, summer breeze from the screened-in porch and soak up your next vacation at Jessica's Dune. The home provides a private saltwater pool with sound vistas!

There will be no problem keeping family entertained at nighttime or on those rare rainy days, as a recreation room with split-level HVAC, a pool table, a wet bar, and a 32" HDTV will effortlessly occupy them for hours.

This home rents from Friday to Friday, accepting you to miss all the Saturday traffic and have the best spot on the beach while others are still making their way here.

You will fall in appreciate with the freshly refreshed kitchen! Appreciate the glorious view from the en suite, with all-new windows overlooking the sound. Also appreciate new pet-friendly floor, new exterior furnishings, and a new fire pit!

The private, unheated pool is available from the second week of May to the second week of October. Pool size is roughly 16’ x 35’.

*Jessica's Dune is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes. The owners are willing to accommodate up to 4 dogs. Please call the Duck office at (252) 261-7911 for approval and to have the additional pet fee applied.
