-When you first walk in you are greeted to the chic and well appointed Game Room with pool table, TV, foosball, wet bar, laundry area and FULL bath.

-Walking up the stairs to the 2nd floor, this area features 3 of the 4 bedrooms. A king master suite with private bath, second king bedroom, kids bedroom with 2 twins and a hallway full bath.

-Continuing up to the third floor, this is where you'll find the entirely supplied Kitchen, Living room, Dining room seating for 8 and half bath for added convenience.

-Outside features a giant pool with an added bespoke fitted kiddy pool in the shallow end. Parlor chairs, tables and seating for the whole family within the fenced in area. Next to the pool is our completely enclosed backyard, ideal for the kids and pets to run around, play yard games and appreciate the sunshine when not at the beach.
