With over 3,400 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, this four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home offers the ideal balance of comfort, elegance, and functionality for island living.
The first floor is anchored by a generous primary, king suite featuring a sizable bedroom and an broad bath, creating a private and calming haven. The open-concept living area impresses with soaring two-story ceilings and a gorgeous stone fireplace, filling the home with natural light and coastal appeal. The chef’s kitchen is both chic and practical, offering generous cabinetry, solid-surface countertops, and a welcoming breakfast nook that opens to a dedicated grilling deck—ideal for casual meals and entertaining. A formal dining room, powder room, elevator, and exceptional storage complete the main level. Step outside to the screened porch, where tall beadboard ceilings mirror the home’s interior craftsmanship and invite you to savor Lowcountry breezes year-round.
Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, including a king ensuite, queen ensuite and a regular queen bedroom with a hall bath along with open vistas to the living area below. In addition, there is a roomy den with French doors.

FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.
No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to appreciate Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to impressive beach spots, the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, spectacular island parks and the Audubon Trail.  Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or discover the Community Center, where activities are open to all.  Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse.  Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where appealing waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote included by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
