Once through the security gates, wind your way through the dense pine forest, over the salt marsh bridge, and marvel at the peaceful beauty of coastal South Carolina's Low Country. Watch for snowy egrets, great blue herons, alligators and turtles on the creek banks. Plenty of parking for your extended family when you arrive at our comfortable beach-front home. Step out to the screened-in porch and appreciate a cool breeze as you take in a handsome view of the Atlantic Ocean. Grab your towel and raid our 'beach-toy' closet for beach chairs and tons of playthings for the kids.
After a calming swim and a dig in the sand, take a walk down the beach to the Baruch Foundation's Hobcaw Barony. Undeveloped and preserved for perpetuity, witness this unparalleled sanctuary used by Clemson, USC and other institutions for important ecological research.
