Kitchen – Totally supplied, combination Keurig drip / pod coffee maker, all the modest gadgets.
Private Courtyard – Totally fenced, ample and cozy seating, grille, ideal for outdoor relaxation.

The entire property is available to guests. The courtyard is enclosed and private. There is one parking place dedicated to the property right in front of the bungalow. The bungalow is a stand alone, one story building so guests have complete privacy. However, Jamie’s office is next door if you need help. There is landscaped parking for 1 car.

The grounds feature outdoor garden areas with fountains, dining areas, fire tables and outdoor grilles. In the evenings, this getaway sparkles with outdoor lighting, making it the ideal place for nightcaps after a day of exploring.

- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM – Be respectful of neighbors.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
- Guests must follow trash disposal instructions supplied by the host.
- Please return all items and furnishings to their original locations.
