Fripp Island, with it's three mile ocean beach and two first rate golf courses is also a Wildlife Refuge and an Audubon Important Bird Area.

Our property is in John Fripp Villas Phase 3 and are excited to share our adore of this calming island with you. It is a first floor, corner unit with no steps to climb and reserved parking at the door, it sits in the heart of the island with Ocean, Pools, Exercise Center, Beach Club, Food Court and Tennis Courts all a 3 min. walk away. A cavernous, non-smoking villa with a charming view of the courtyard and ocean from the kitchen, living room and dining room, it has a king-size bed, huge walk in closet, a queen sleeper couch and two flat screen TV's. Both kitchen and bathroom have been remodeled with new appliances and fixtures.

Beach chairs, outdoor shower (at beach cross-over) are available for your use.

NON-SHEDDING DOGS UNDER 20 LBS. ARE ACCEPTED WITH OWNER APPROVAL. YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG.
