This penthouse has two cozy bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Wake up to the relaxing sound of the waves and appreciate a handsome sunrise from the master bedroom's private balcony or from the second balcony accessible from the living room.

- No Smoking: In-unit, on balconies, and in all common areas (designated smoking areas only). Violations will result in a $300 fine

- 7 nighttime minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 nighttime minimum outside summer season.
