The Space:
Welcome to this highly charming oceanfront condo! The unit located in Palms Resort - which is in downtown Myrtle Beach - many eateries, shopping areas, and attractions are close by. The unit features an oceanview; so come on down and savor a memorable vacation!

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in.

Parking: 1 parking pass. Simple access parking lot across the street from the building. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: Complex elevator is available.

Kitchen: Entirely outfitted kitchen with cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.

Family room: Oceanfront vistas. Sleeper couch.

Bedroom: Sizable space with king bed. Great view of Ocean Blvd and downtown Myrtle Beach!

Bathroom: Located off the kitchen

Balcony: Spectacular unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!

Pool: Shared complex pool and hot tub. Subject to HOA schedule.

Beach: Walk a few mins. through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are included. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Conveniences: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.

Laundry: On-site complex - pay to use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the condo to themselves. RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING.

Getting Around:
1 parking pass is included for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.

4 beach chairs are supplied! Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, additional chairs or other items for your stay.

**THERE IS A RING DOORBELL AT THIS CONDO**

Routine pest control happens every month on the 2nd Tuesday at this condo via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

No family pets. Minimum booking age 21. Max guest count is 4.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.
