Our unit was completely refreshed Spring 2022. New paint, LVP floors, all kitchen appliances and cabinets, and new deluxe spa bathroom. Awesome oceanviews from 15th floor of North Tower.

$150 cleaning fee

Linens included. Plus a roll of paper towels and toilet paper

Kitchen completely supplied with dishes, pots and pans, toaster, Kerig Duo coffee pot, and silverware.

Bring your own beach towels.

Pools are open year round (except when any maintenance may be preformed)

Pool enclosures for indoor pool mid Nov to mid May.

Indoor pools are heated while enclosed.

All pools (outdoor and indoor) are heated the following dates:

—> October 1st thru December 1st (indoor pools remain heated after Dec 1st)

—> April 1st thru June 1st with the exception of South Tower 1 Outdoor pool: heater turned off June 15th (has to do with shadowing & sun exposure).
