TV, a leather couch and two leather recliners for relaxing while looking at the water. The screened porch is the ideal spot for having coffee in the morning or a relaxing afternoon nap. The porch has a TV, couch , chairs and a ceiling fan. A sizable wrap around porch spans the entire back of the home with extraordinary vistas of the canal and harbor. There is a gas grille with all of the tools and a picnic table as well. The third level has another enormous family room with a 55" TV and plenty of games and puzzles. A media center with desk, chair with outlets are available for anyone that needs to plug in. There is an upper deck off of this room with ideal vistas of the sunset over the water. Also on this level is a bedroom with a queen size bed as well as a half bathroom. The fourth level holds the primary suite with a king size bed, walk in closet, and huge bathroom.
