-Not pet-friendly
-Parking for two cars at home
-Parking Fee: $12/day per car (if paid online 10+ days before check-in); $15/day if paid after that, per Ocean Lakes policy
-Ocean Lakes has a 12:00 AM community-wide curfew

**Golf Cart Use: Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license on file to operate
*Golf Carts are not registered to be on public roads and are not to leave the Campground at any time for any reason. Taking them off premises will result in it being taken away for the remainder of your stay with no compensation or discount.

Security Deposit and Agreements:
Guests are required to sign Surfwind Units Guest Agreement and Golf Cart Agreement and authorize a security deposit to be held on your card prior to reservation.
The hold will be placed the day before check-in and will be released once the home passes inspection and Ocean Lakes confirms no violations were received during guests stay.


????️ Guest Access + Support:
Guests have full access to the entire bungalow, including the wraparound deck, golf cart, and driveway for parking. You'll also have easy access to the campground amenities like the store and waterpark. The Resort itself is a beachfront resort with a mile stretch of a charming sandy beach!
Check-in is contactless using a digital keypad or lock box for your convenience.

Important information to note:
*A $500 security deposit will be held on your credit card via our property management system. It will be placed the day before arrival and released once the home is inspected and we verify there are no violations from Ocean Lakes Family Campground. Details will be included after booking in our guest agreement.

**Ocean Lakes does have a parking pass fee that gives you access to enter the resort. It is $12-$15 per car per day of your stay. They will also request and require, you name, Address, e-mail address and phone number, as well as your Driver's license, and license plate information.
