And, there is a fourth floor additional room with a sizable deck for entertaining and a mini refrigerator! The home comes with superb internet if you are working from the beach or streaming videos. Cable, DVD player and many games for kids and adults. There are 3 decks for everybody's enjoyment and beautiful vistas of the ocean from the upper decks. Grand master bedroom has blackout curtains, a hottub tub and a shower. Totally-equipped kitchen and dining room. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, coffee grinder, keurig, tea kettle, toaster, blender, griddle, waffle maker, crock pot, plenty of wine, beer and champagne glasses and a frozen margarita machine! No need to buy bottled water, we have a reverse osmosis water faucet at the sink. We have a ring doorbell camera. Walking distance to ice cream and eateries. The Ocean Grille and Tiki Bar (.4 miles), the Veggie Wagon - which has striking coffee, wine, beer and homemade desserts (.8 miles) and less than 1.5 miles to many impressive eateries, the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Kure Beach Pier. A 10 min. drive to the NC Aquarium. The first floor has 2 bedrooms - One bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds and the other bedroom has a queen bed with a jack and jill bathroom. Second floor has one bedroom - a Queen bed and full bathroom. The third floor has 3 bedrooms - one with twin bunk beds and a Queen bed and the second bedroom with a Queen bed with a jack and jill bathroom. The third bedroom - master bedroom with King bed and full bathroom. The fourth floor has a additional room with a tv, mini refrigerator and a full bathroom.
