Private Sanderling Community Clubhouse includes soundfront pool, tennis courts and access to private walk out dock for fishing. Pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend. Hours may vary. The Sanderling Community offers nature and bicycle trails from the beach to the Sound. Safe and private community. A fast bicycle ride to downtown Duck with all the stores and eateries.
