MID LEVEL:
The traditional floor plan offers the main living space with a vaulted ceiling above the Great Room to give an open and airy feeling. The living area has a enormous flat-screen TV and a dining table that seats 8. The entirely outfitted kitchen offers a kitchen island that will seat 4 more guests. Access to the back covered deck overlooks the pool area below and has more deck furnishings to sit and relax outside in the shade. A Queen Jr. Master Suite has a semi-private bath (shower/tub combo) and access to a private deck that faces the front of the home. The laundry area is located by the back deck door. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

TOP LEVEL:
Stairs to the top level will lead to a modest sitting area and access to the sun deck outside at the back of the home. There are 3 other bedrooms on this floor: a Queen Jr. Master Suite has semi-private bath (shower/tub combo) that is shared with a bedroom that has 2 Bunk Bunk Sets. There is also a Queen Master Suite which has a shower/jetted tub combo in its master bath.

GROUND LEVEL:
Besides the Pool Table, the game area has a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-refrigerator and a modest table to sit and savor snacks and beverages. There is a full hall bathroom and the couch is a sleep couch (Queen) if additional sleeping arrangements are needed. Outside the sliding doors is the hot tub and the sizable private pool (14' x 28'; open mid-May to mid-October) which offers plenty of room for sunbathing or using a pool float to cool-off in the water while still “catching some rays”. There is a park-style charcoal grille available.
