The condo is equipped with a full size kitchen that includes all the essentials for preparing meals during your stay. Full size appliances include a refrigerator, stove and oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, and sink. An abundance of countertop space and cabinets makes storing groceries and meal prep painless. The kitchen is supplied with basic cookware, silverware, dishes, and cups so you have everything needed to prepare a meal or prepare a fast snack. If you prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of charming eateries within a short drive or even walking distance, and many also offer delivery.



Guests can savor meals at the kitchen peninsula with bar seating, or gather at the dining table located just behind the counter.



Just beyond the dining area is the living room, effortlessly the most calming part of the condo. The space is furnished with a comfortable couch and two accent chairs arranged in front of a wall mounted TV, creating the ideal place to relax in the evenings.



Step outside onto your private balcony and take in the beautiful ocean vistas while appreciating the fresh coastal air.



The bedroom features two beds, one queen and one full, separated by an end table with additional storage. A window accepts natural light to fill the room, creating a bright and welcoming ambiance. A dresser across the room provides storage for your belongings, and a wall mounted flat screen TV accepts you to relax and catch up on your favorite shows from the comfort of bed.



For added convenience, there is a stackable washer and dryer. Past guests have adored the ability to run a quick load before heading home, making unpacking that much easier after your trip.



Just off the bedroom is the full bathroom, which includes a shower and tub combination, vanity sink with mirror, and a toilet. Bath towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are all supplied for your stay. We also include starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.



Please note that this is a non smoking resort. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violation may result in fines starting at $150. The resort also does not allow motorbikes or family pets. Additionally, the kiddie water park located behind the resort is privately owned and access is restricted to its guests.



Sand Dunes also offers many indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzies, sauna, onsite eateries, humongous arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to appreciate before relaxing in this impressive unit.
