The ground level offers a Recreation Room with a wet bar, huge flat-screen TV with surround sound, Bose sound system, and foosball table. Just across the hall, you discover the sizable bunk room with a full bath. You will also savor the full-sized laundry room with a second refrigerator/freezer that is effortlessly accessible as you leave for a beach day or are just calming around the huge, very private pool area.
The second level provides you with three cavernous, well-appointed bedrooms (1Q, 2Q, 1K) each with a full bath and flat-screen TV including one that is a King Master Suite with a chaise lounge and enormous walk-in closet. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all bed linens are laundered between guests, even the comforters.
The third level welcomes you home with a completely equipped gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops, coffee/espresso/cappuccino maker, a large open living room with a SMART (includes NETFLIX access) widescreen TV, DVD, Bose sound system, wet bar and, dining area. Unwind in the Master Bedroom (1K) suite and bathe in a beautiful ball and claw soaking tub.

The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This would be roughly a 5 min. walk from Pineapple Palace or an even faster golf cart ride! There is parking for the cart at the beach access.
