A short walk offers painless access to the beach, and for an even closer dip, your private swimming pool and surrounding patio are just steps away. You can soak in the six-person hot tub, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and use the charcoal grille to prepare up a meal as the day winds down. If that meal should include the fresh catch you reeled in from a fishing excursion, there’s a fish-cleaning table with water to help you prep.

Four of the home’s bedrooms occupy the first level. There’s a king and a queen bedroom that offer access to a shaded deck, the ideal place to take a break from the sun with your preferred beach read. A pyramid bunk room and one with two singles are ideal for the kids. All of the bedrooms feature Intelligent TVs and share two full baths. The final bedroom, a king with attached bath and access to a sundeck, is located on the second level.

The top level also welcomes you into an airy, open space where your family can comfortably gather to appreciate meals, hours of entertainment, and each other’s company. Enhanced by calming shades of blue and oceanside décor, the room’s serene ambiance sets the ideal tone for unwinding. A well-equipped, newly refreshed kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, which can be served at the island, eight-seat dining table, or outside on the deck's picnic table.
